Reporting Crashes

If you encounter a client or launcher crash, please submit a ticket

Please include the following information:
- Account Name
- Character Name
- Description of what you were doing when the crash occurred.

Note: You do not need to submit any logs. Crash information is automatically collected and associated with your account.
